黑名单设置
针对通过机器、通过工会等形式迅速拉人头，赚积分的行为进行自动监控，当一个用户A被拉入黑名单后， 他发展下线B后不会给他送积分，但是，如果他的上级C不在黑名单中，系统还会按照设定的值给他的上级C送积分。 无论什么情况下，下线B总是会按照设定的值送积分。
如想将一个用户拉入黑名单，点击黑名单，将他的openid填入。
