扫码入口管理
用户扫码时有两种场景，第一种，扫码不需要关注公众号也可防伪。第二种，扫码时需要关注公众号才可查询防伪。
这里主要讲解第二种场景下的设置。
设置了用户必须关注公众号才可查询防伪，用户扫码后会跳转到公众号关注引导页，关注公众号后进入公众号。
这是需要给用户设置一个扫码验证的自定义菜单，用户点击自定义菜单，出现扫码页面，扫描二维码，获取防伪记录。
前端效果：
1.第一步：码上防伪——回顾规则列表，自定义关键词。
2.第二步：进入自定义菜单设置，新建一个自定义菜单，选择菜单动作为“扫码”。
3.第三步：设置用户使用自定义扫码后推送的图文消息。
